Do I need an account to place an order?
You are welcome to place an order without creating an account but if you do you will be able to:
- Track your order and review past purchases
- Shop without entering your address details
- Manage your addresses and email settings
How do I place an order?
STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT
Browse the site and click on a product image to view more information.
STEP 2. ADD TO CART
Select your size / color (where applicable).
Click the "Add to Cart" button to add items to your shopping cart. The "View Cart" indicator at the top-right of the site will update to show the new item in your basket.
STEP 3. CHECKOUT
Click the "View Cart" text at the top-right of the page.
Check the items in your basket. To change the quantity simply amend the number and click the update button. To delete an item simply click on "remove".
If you have a promotional/discount code, add the code. Once you are happy with the items in your basket click on the checkout button.
Can I place an order by phone?
We only accept orders that are placed online at www.cashmereandindigo.com. We do not accept orders via customer service, e-mail, postal mail or fax.
Why is my billing address required for online purchases?
We ask for your billing address in order to prevent against fraudulent use of credit cards. We do not use billing addresses for marketing purposes.
How do I know Cashmere and Indigo received my order?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a carrier tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Will my order be insured?
All orders are insured against damage or theft from the time of pickup to delivery at the provided shipping address.
Is sales tax applied to orders?
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders with a shipping address is in the State of Texas. There is no sales tax for shipments outside of Texas. Sales tax amount is estimated until your order has been shipped and a shipping confirmation email has been sent. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary slightly from the estimated tax.
Is gift packaging available?
Yes. For an additional charge, you can choose to add our signature gift packaging.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Most orders are shipped in a brown cardboard box. Smaller items may be shipped in a poly mailer.
How do I cancel/modify my order?
Cashmere and Indigo is unable to make any amendments to an order once it has been placed. If an amendment does need to be made, the only option available is to cancel the order.
Can I change the shipping address on my order once I have place it?
Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address.
Do you ship to multiple addresses for the same order?
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order.
When I put something in my shopping cart am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise?
Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
I saw an item on the website and now it has disappeared. Why?
Item quantities are limited and are removed from the site when they are no longer available for purchase.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Cashmere and Indigo is unable to offer price adjustments. Prices are subject to change.
