What payment methods do you accept?

Cashmere and Indigo accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. We also offer PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

Debit Cards payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

 

What currencies can I pay in?

All prices on this website are shown in USD. We are still able to process internationally registered credit cards for our accepted payment types. Please note that your card issuer may charge additional fees or exchange commission on Cashmere and indigo orders.

 

Will I be charged an exchange rate?

Exchange rates may apply to some purchase transactions that operate in a different currency from your own. We do not charge you for that but your bank may apply an exchange rate fee.

 

Can I use more than one (1) form of payment?

Unfortunately, you cannot use more than one (1) credit card on a single order.

 

 Can I use a store credit or Cashmere and Indigo e-gift card to make my purchase?

Yes you may use a store credit or Cashmere and Indigo e-gift card for an online purchase.

 

When is my payment charged?

For orders paid by Credit Card or Debit Card, you will be charged on the date your order is dispatched. You will only pay for the products that have been shipped.

 

Is shopping on C&I website secure?

All payment information transmitted to Cashmere and Indigo is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. No credit card information is stored on our servers for any reason at any time.

 

Do you offer price adjustments?

Cashmere and Indigo is unable to offer price adjustments. Prices are subject to change.
