EXCHANGE POLICY

Cashmere and Indigo does not maintain large inventories and our stock sells fast, therefore we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the item for a refund. ALL SALE ITEMS and CLEARANCE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be returned.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-ordered item(s) are placed directly with the manufacturer and CAN NOT be canceled once the order is place. Please be certain you have placed the order for the correct item and size (if applicable) and review the expected date range for shipping.

PRICING

We make every effort to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, however, errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CASHMERE AND INDIGO will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If we discover an error in pricing of a product you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

PRODUCT AVILABILITY

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are not able to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 10 business days. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or divide up orders.

Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships.

PLACING AN ORDER

We only accept orders that are placed online at www.cashmereandindigo.com. We do not accept orders via customer service, e-mail, postal mail or fax.

All forms of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal are accepted on our site.

ORDER CHANGES

For technical reasons,you can not change your order once it has been shipped. You must place a new order for additional merchandise.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders with a shipping address is in the State of Texas. There is no sales tax for shipments outside of Texas. Sales tax amount is estimated until your order has been shipped and a shipping confirmation email has been sent. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
