RETURN PERIOD

Cashmere and Indigo prides itself on offering our customers the highest quality merchandise from around the globe. Every item shipped is inspected for quality assurance before it is dispatched to the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date of the product for a full refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a $8.95 handling fee.

All merchandise to be returned must be received to CASHMERE AND INDIGO no later than 14 days from the delivery date with a copy of your invoice for proper credit. Please inform us of your decision to return an item by sending an email to: returns@cashmereandindigo.com before sending back the item. We will provide you the shipping address and a return authorization code via email.

Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

 

FREE DOMESTIC RETURNS

Cashmere and Indigo offers free domestic returns on all eligible online orders. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive within 14 days of the date you received it. (Please allow 2-3 days transit time).

Please Note: Packages received after 14 days will incur a $8.95 handling fee and the original shipping charges will be subtracted from the refunded amount at the time of your return.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

All items must be returned to us in saleable condition. The merchandise must not be altered. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags and stickers attached in its original packaging. Items returned in unsalable condition will not be accepted as a valid return and will be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment.

If the return is a result of the wrong item, a damaged or defective product, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase in the original form of payment with no additional shipping or handling fees.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Footwear will not be accepted as a return if it is returned without the original shoe box and packaging.

If a package shipped is refused by the customer, we will treat it as a frivolous order. Customer will receive an online credit (that can be used up to 6 months from the date of issue), for the purchase price minus the shipping fees and a $8.95 handling fee.

If a package comes back to us unclaimed by a customer, the customer will receive an online credit (to be used up to 6 months from the date of issue), minus the shipping fees and a $8.95 handling fee.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Returns lost in return shipping will not be issued online credit as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Please make sure you pack item(s) well that you are returning. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED:

  • All sized items, which include clothing, footwear, and belts unless the item is marked Final Sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable.

  • Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label(s) remains intact.

Please handle all items with care.  When trying on item(s) of clothing, please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which will leave a scent or marks.  We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE:

  • Handbags
  • Men's bags
  • Ties
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Due to hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we do not accept any returns on fragrance, eye wear, jewelry, intimates, swimwear or bodysuits.
  • We do not accept returns on sale and or clearance items. All sales and clearance items are final.

***Cashmere and Indigo reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at it's sole discretion.

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you receive an item as a gift, you can return it for in-store credit on your own account. Gift returns are confidential: the purchaser will not know the item is returned.  All merchandise to be returned must be received to CASHMERE AND INDIGO no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Please follow the return guidelines and instructions above. 

To start the return process, sign into My Account or create an account.

Select a return reason and complete our Gift Returns form with your information and any details you have about the order.

Once you submit your information, a Customer Support representative will contact you with further instructions.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase amount. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. We suggest that you use a return method that can be insured and tracked as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. You must comply with all the above regulations and requirements and pay applicable duties and taxes. Shipping and handling, return freight, duties and customs fees on the original shipment are not refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling, export and import fees associated with the return shipment back to our return center in the United States. Title and risk of loss are yours and only transfer to us when we receive the product at our fulfillment centers.

All merchandise to be returned must be sent and paid for by the customer and received to CASHMERE AND INDIGO no later than 14 days from the delivery date with a copy of your invoice for proper credit. Before sending back the item(s), please inform us of your return by sending an email to: internationalreturns@cashmereandindigo.com. Provide us with your invoice number, first & last name, date of purchase and the reason for the return. We will provide you the shipping address and a return authorization code via email.

In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
