CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACE IT?

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address. 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES FOR THE SAME ORDER?

At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order.

 

DO YOU SHIP ON WEEKEND AND/OR HOLIDAYS?

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • July 5th - Day after Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Enjoy free domestic ground shipping within the Continental U.S. on all orders of $75.00 or more. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For your convenience, shipping calculators and estimates are available to you at the time of checkout.

 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

All Ground and Priority orders are shipped using either UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service.

***Please allow additional time for orders shipping to Puerto Rico, US Virgin  Islands, Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a carrier tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.  

 

WILL MY ORDER BE INSURED?

All orders are insured against damage or theft from the time of pickup to delivery at the provided shipping address.

 

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?

Most orders are shipped in a brown cardboard box. Smaller items may be shipped in a poly mailer.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?

Yes, all orders over $250.00 will require a signature confirmation; however, if you or/your designee are not available the carrier will leave a card with instructions as to how to make alternative arrangements. The courier may attempt to telephone you to arrange a suitable time, so please include a contact phone number where you can be reached in order to receive your parcel.

 

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Please note that we do not ship to hotels.

Cashmere and Indigo complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our venders.

Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. In addition to being restricted from shipping to non-USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

We proudly offer shipping to both foreign and domestic United States military bases and diplomatic addresses designated as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. All shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent via U.S. P.S. Priority or First Class Mail. When placing an order to be delivered to any of these types of addresses overseas, please include the unit number and nine (9) digit zip-code associated with the addresses for proper delivery. We estimate 5-7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take several weeks due to restricted delivery requirements. There is no guaranteed delivery date.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

We will ship your order to PO boxes via USPS. A signature of receipt is required on all parcels shipped to PO boxes.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO UNDELIVERED PACKAGES?

Cashmere and Indigo does not reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes. Cashmere and Indigo currently accepts orders and ships to over 100 countries. Select your destination country from the International Shipping dropdown, located on the Cart page. Free ground shipping is not valid on international shipments.

For orders shipped outside the United States, shipping will be provided through the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. International orders may require additional verification, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the designation country are not under our control. Please note any order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed. Also, orders will not be shipped until all items in the order are in stock.

International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A pre-order item will be noted with its available promise date on the product page.

International orders can only be shipped to the billing address.

Please note due to shipping regulations, not all items available on the site can be shipped internationally.

At this time, gift packaging is unavailable for international shipments.

 

DO YOU CHARGE CUSTOMS FEES (if applicable)

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and or taxes based upon the destination country. Our customers are solely responsible for any payment of import duty fees and or taxes being levied by your local customs authorities in your country. CASHMERE + INDIGO has no knowledge or control of any customs charges as they may be levied by some countries.  If you have any further questions on duties and taxes payable or refundable, please contact your local customs authority.
